Place all the files to be sent into one common folder, name the folder appropriately and then ZIP the contents of the folder into a single file. Please forward the file names to your Brilliant Customer Service Representative.

    • MAC computers may use Fetch. Fetch includes a 15 day trial period. Permanent license fee is $29.00. Fetch can be found at www.fetchsoftworks.com. Double click on the installer file to install the application to your computer. Once installed the application icon should be located on your hard drive, within the Applications folder.

      Windows users can use SmartFTP. SmartFTP includes a 30 day trial period. Permanent license fee is $36.95. SmartFTP can be found at smartftp.com. Save the installer file to your desktop. Double click on the installer file to install the application on your computer.

      Open a new connection, use the Hostname: ftp.brilliant-graphics.com then follow the username and password instructions to the left—different usernames for “Uploading” or “Downloading” files.

      Brilliant Graphics requires that all the files placed on our ftp site be zipped. If you are using a MAC: After all of the files are in a labeled folder, right click or control click and choose Compress or Create Archive. If you are using a PC: Winzip can be downloaded from winzip.com in order to zip your files.
