Zhefan Xu is completing his first 1.5 years at Brilliant as our Industrial Engineer. Fan’s primary function is to oversee our Continuous Improvement initiatives. With a Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Fan brings a unique and fresh perspective to our company. He has completed many projects on our behalf and his influence in process improvements is growing weekly.
