Bound to the Country – Jim Graham
November 5, 2020
This beautiful book “Bound to the Country: 30 Years of Photographing Mr. Stewart’s Cheshire Foxhounds” by Jim Graham is officially available for purchase and shipping beginning this Friday, November 6th.
For 30 years Jim Graham has followed Mr. Stewart’s Cheshire Foxhounds as they find their way through the southern Chester County, Pennsylvania countryside, land that has remained much as it was since the early 20th century. Through the efforts of the Brandywine Conservancy, the Masters of the Cheshire Hunt and many land owners, the land continues to remain open and bucolic much as Mr. Stewart himself had found it when he first settled in the farmlands north of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
Additionally, we are releasing a series of six select prints as highlights from “Bound to the Country”. These quintessential images come straight from the eye of the renowned photographer who has documented this illustrious subculture for a generation. “Bound to the Country” is a refined collection showcasing the regal equestrian life that has been synonymous with the region and the prints illustrate the symbiotic relationship between the Hunt and the landscape that surrounds it.
The print of your choosing will be hand made on fine art archival paper. Owning and gifting one of these prints will be an elegant investment piece into anyone’s fine art photography collection.
